Inma Femenía's work is distinguished by exploring the interaction between matter and visual perception, and how this relates to the digital realm. Her approach seeks to strengthen the links between the virtual world and the real world, highlighting the interest in the imaginary that we build through new technologies.
Recent highlights of Inma Femenía include "Arc al Cel", a permanent work at the CaixaForum in Valencia; "Aire Magenta", a solo exhibition at Max Estrella, Madrid; and "Infraleve", a solo exhibition at Bombas Gens Centre d'Art de València, curated by Julia Cast and Nuria Enguita.
Inma Femenía has participated in group exhibitions at MK2 (Düsseldorf, 2023), MG16 (Cologne, 2022), La Capella de l’Antic Asil (Alcoy, 2021), The Flat-Massimo Carasi (Milan, 2019), Shede Art Centre (Sichuan, China, 2018), IVAM (Valencia, 2017) and Praz-Delavallade (Paris, 2017). In 2017 she was nominated for The Paulo Cunha e Silvia Art Prize of Porto and won the Senyera Prize of Visual Arts of Valencia. His work has been acquired by the DKV Collection, José Luis Soler Vila Collection (Bombas Gens), the Valencian Government and Fundación La Caixa.
