Lives and works in Brussels.
He has a degree in Architecture from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de la Salle. Oriol is characterized by his fondness for postcards, which he acquires in markers and keeps them as a file or visual encyclopedia. He turns postcards into works of art, they are installations in the form of murals reminiscent of mosaics. Combine the postcards according to their content, color and category and considering the characteristics of contemporary art, such as seriality, place specificity and appropriation.
He has also made installations, performances and theater-performances, as well as posters, artists' books and intervened books.
He has exhibited in important museums such as: Musée des Arts Contemporaines Grand-Hornu (2021), Albright-Knox Art Gallery (Buffalo, 2019), Noveau Musée Natioanl de Monaco (2019), centre d´art Le Lait (Albi, 2019), La Fundació Antoni Tàpies (Barcelona, 2017), CA2M Centro de Arte Dos de Mayo (Madrid, 2017), M Leuven (2016), el Musée d´lxelles (Bruselas, 2016), Museo Cerralbo (Madrid 206), la Fundació Joan Miró, Espai 12 (Barcelona, 2013) or Palais de Tokyo (Paris, 2012), among others.
