O som no ar (The Sound in the Air) is a loose interpretation on how a bat sonar works. In the video, the echolocation sound produced by these micro mammal's is played over images of a network of metal cables. The animation draws an uneven grid that, when projected, maps a freestanding plexiglass screen. Image and sound rebound, being partly absorbed by the screen itself, and partly reflected throughout the space.
